What Happens the Day You Invest

Once your investment is accepted and funds are received:

• You receive a confirmation of your investment and executed subscription documents
• You are added to our investor communications list
• You receive access to our investor reporting platform (e.g. Cash Flow Portal or Avestor), where you can view your investment details, documents, and distributions
• Your property manager and operations contact are introduced

You should never have to wonder who to call.

Quarterly Investor Updates

Every property sends a quarterly LP update covering:

• Financial performance: Revenue, expenses, NOI, and variance from projections
• Operational updates: Occupancy rate, collections status, capital projects in progress
• Market context: Anything relevant happening in the local market or broader MHC sector
• Honest problem reporting: If something went wrong, we tell you what it was and what we are doing about it

We do not send updates that only contain good news. Selective reporting is a red flag in any operator relationship. Our investors get the full picture, every quarter.

Annual Tax Documents

Each year, you will receive a K-1 from the partnership. This document reports your share of the partnership's income, deductions, and credits and is required for your tax return. We work to distribute K-1s as early in the tax season as possible, though complex multi-state partnerships sometimes require extensions.
